The word "cure" is thrown around often these days for anxiety disorder. I hate to say it but there is no cure for anxiety because we all have some anxiety. if you suffer from anxiety disorder you manage your anxiety in an unhealthy manner that leads to unpleasant panic attacks. There might not be a cure of anxiety, but there definitely is a cure for panic attacks. There is absolutely no reason why a healthy human being should suffer panic attacks.

Many people are interested in the quick fix and ask for medication. Unfortunately many doctors have trouble differentiating between a person telling the truth and a person that wants medication as fast as possible.
